Heritage Farms & School Night for Scouting

This Sunday 1- 5pm is FARMOREE at Heritage Farms in Plano!!!!! (see attached flyer below)

This is FREE family event, filled with bounce houses, crafts, animals, a hayride, etc. So, it's more than just recruiting, it's a fun afternoon out with the kiddos.

It's co-hosted with the Girl Scouts and the YMCA, and so if you are interested in finding out more about those groups, this is a wonderful opportunity to do so.

And, if anyone (adult or youth) would be interested in working one of the stations, please let me know. They had 600 people attend this event last year, and are expecting more this year. The organizers will welcome any help they can get.

This week is also School Night for Scouting

There will be fun activities and we will be recruiting new scouts.

As a reminder, our pack is hosting 2 scout nights this year:

Tuesday 9/9, 7pm @ Jackson

Wednesday 9/10, 7pm @ Weatherford

These 2 events are not school specific (folks are all joining the same pack), so if you know of friends that cannot attend one, please direct them to other. And, if YOU can attend at least one, fantastic! This is a wonderful opportunity to welcome our new pack families and get to know them before our first pack meeting the following week - the more the merrier :-)

Scouts should wear their class A uniforms to school.
